Recommended processing temperature 15-30°C. Suitable for use with any commercially available 310 ml cartridge gun (mechanical/electrical/compressed air) Due to the high viscosity, we recommend the use of cordless or compressed air application guns.
For work on metal surfaces on bodywork, particularly for modelling and touching up repair sites.
Thoroughly clean and sand the area to be treated. Remove any old uncured coats of paint and primer. Before use, press on the cartridge until both components are extruded uniformly. Then attach the mixer and discard the first 3 cm of the bead. A material mixed in the correct ratio has a uniform grey colour, and is creamy and shiny. Now apply the 2-component epoxy soft solder replacement and distribute outwards with a spatula starting from the damaged area. Ready to sand with minimal dust after 2.5 hours at 23°C (or approximately 20 minutes at 45°C).
