2. Remove the lid and screw the adapter onto the can.
3. Turn the rotating black ring on the bottom of the can at least 6 times in the direction of the arrow to activate the chemical substances inside the can.
4. Shake the can at least 20 times. Shake the can more if it is cold.
5. Turn the can so that the valve is pointing downwards and start application immediately. Upon activation, you have about 6 minutes to distribute the foam. After that time, the foam will harden in the can. If the foam is not consistently green in colour, repeat steps 3 and 4 immediately. The foam expands 2-3 times in size. For safety reasons, remove the shims after 2 hours.
