Metal powder flux-cored wire electrode for semi-automatic and fully automatic joint welding in all positions.
- For unalloyed construction and fine-grained construction steels at application temperatures from -40 °C (_ 27 J) to +450 °C.
- Suitable for M20 and M21 inert gases in accordance with EN ISO 14175.
- Smooth spray arc-like drop transition from just 200 A (1.2 mm) with minimal splatter formation.
- This flux-cored wire electrode also boasts good weld penetration, high resistance to porosity and good flow properties.
- Productivity is up to 20 % higher when compared to solid wire.
- The welding additive offers the lowest level of silicate slag formation - meaning that very little rework is required.
