For the fire rated sealing of cables, telecommunication cables and optical fibre cables up to Ø 21 mm in flexible partition walls, massive walls and massive floors.
The fire protection mastic can be used additionally in Würth system fire protection block and system fire protection plug.
The surface must be clean and free of crease and dust.
Set backing material (mineral wool, cardboard or PE-rods) firmly fixed into the prescribed depth. This is to secure the minimum fill depth of the mastic.
Mastic is applied on both sides of the opening, uniformly from back to front.
