Würth FLK Easy fibre-reinforced is a thixotropic, permanently elastic, fibre-reinforced, cold application and cold-curing, one-component polyurethane membrane. Hardening takes place through a reaction between the moisture contained in the air and the substrate.

Consumption
2 - 3 kg/m² depending on the application. The amount is based on the practical application by applying with a brush on a smooth surface under optimum conditions. Factors such as surface porosity, temperature, humidity, application procedure and processing can increase or decrease the amount used.

as well as sealing of complicated geometric components.

Surface preparation:
Careful preparation of the surface is essential for optimum finish and a long service life. The surface must be dry and free of grease, dirt and dust. All loose parts must be carefully removed. The substrate moisture should be max. 5%.
New concrete structures must dry for at least 28 days. Old, loose coatings, dirt, greases, oils, organic substances and dust must be removed with a grinding machine. Smooth possible surface irregularities, thoroughly remove loose parts and sanding dust.
Caution: Do not wash surface with water!
Stir Würth FLK Easy fibre-reinforced slowly and thoroughly before use! Do not use mechanical agitators.
Apply Würth FLK Easy fibre-reinforced on the prepared and/or primed surface with a brush a minimum of 10 mm wide, until the area to be sealed is covered. If necessary, a second layer can be applied after 18-36 hours.
Processing temperature of 5°C to 35°C. Low temperatures can delay hardening.
High humidity can affect the surface visually.
