The foam expands to twice its size after application
After application, all parts of the foam applicator gun covered with PU foam must be cleaned with a special cleaner before the foam hardens on the gun
If the can is not emptied completely, it must not remain attached to the gun for longer than 1 week
Remove any fresh splashes of foam using the cleaner
Hardened foam can be removed with the special cleaner
The product does not adhere to polyethylene, PTFE, silicone, bitumen or surfaces treated with release agents
Does not contain formaldehyde
Although the technical information reflects the tests we have conducted and our experiences, they must all be considered examples only. This should be confirmed thorough practical tests before any application. This does not exempt the buyer from their responsibility to first perform their own suitability testing for the intended use
Fills, insulates, seals and bonds. Can be applied to plaster, cement, marble, stone, hard PVC, plastic, metal and wood
The surfaces must be clean and free from dust, grease and oil
Shake can vigorously at least 20/30 times before use
The optimal temperature for application and for the can is +20 °C
Important: The surfaces must be moistened with water before applying the foam. Each individual layer of foam must be moistened during and after application
When wet sufficiently, the foam can expand by up to 30 %. This ensures complete surface adhesion, full cell expansion and complete curing at full depth
