A safety roof hook, which is mounted penetration-free? The ABS-Lock DH06 makes it possible! Simply clamp it tightly to the profile of a round flanged or standing seam roof. As the system is mounted on a single seam, the profile spacing is not a concern during installation. The ABS-Lock DH06 secures 1 person against fatal falls from height. In addition, the safety roof hook certified according to DIN EN 517:2006, type B serves as a ladder hook.
The ABS-Lock DH06 is made from high-quality stainless steel and can be used from any side. In the event of a fall, the force exerted on the fastening surface is low due to the very low anchoring height. To prevent a fall, the safety roof hook should be used as a restraint system if possible and the roping of your personal protective equipment adjusted to an appropriately short length to prevent falling.
The clamping profile of the safety roof hook is placed on the seam and attached with 4 screws and 4 nuts (50 Nm). The ABS-Lock DH06 can be attached to metal seam roofs made from stainless steel or galvanised steel from a thickness of 0.5 mm. Roofs made from copper or titanium zinc require a minimum thickness of 0.6 mm. For aluminium roofs, a thickness of at least 0.8 mm is required.
