Straightforward concrete anchor point with integrated testing facility.
The ABS-Lock III BE Pro 24 makes the installation and annual inspection of an individual lifeline system child's play.
A single hole in a concrete substrate is sufficient for permanent installation.
The special anchor at the bottom of the post is expanded by tightening the nut at the top end using a standard torque wrench (170 Nm).
The ABS-Lock III BE Pro 24, developed in Germany and made of high-quality stainless steel, makes work much easier and at the same time simplifies the mandatory annual inspection by a specialist. By tightening the accessible nut, the specialist can test at any time whether the anchor point is still firmly seated in the substrate.
The particularly robust anchor point (dia. 24 mm).
- DIN EN 795:2012, A + DIN CEN/TS 16415:2017
- Concrete ≥ C20/25
- installed in minutes
- Thicker post (dia. 24 mm) for curve elements etc.
- straightforward annual checks with torque wrench
Installation of this modern attachment system takes only a few minutes.
- You simply drill a hole and hammer the rod in up to the marking using the practical impact drill attachment.
- Within a few seconds, the anchor point is firmly seated and can be immediately used to attach the personal fall protection system (PFPS).
All necessary master data for assembly documentation and annual inspection can be found on the anchor point etched in the usual fashion for weather resistance.
You don't have to worry about weathered stickers.
