Compatibility

Compatible with Rheinzink

Permanently elastic filler and adhesive compound

Würth bitumen adhesive is a plastic filler and adhesive compound which can be used for bonding window sills, fascias, metal profiles, masonry seals and other metal panelling.

Extremely wide adhesive spectrum

Suitable for sticking and sealing metal panels of all types, such as copper, aluminium, titanium zinc and stainless steel to other materials such as concrete, fibre cement, wood, chipboard, OSB panels, slate etc.

High adhesion

Optimum safety against wind suction forces.

Test report 32/96 from the R. Grün institute.

Notice

The bitumen adhesive contains solvents and is therefore incompatible with polystyrene foams, bitumen roof sheeting and mineral oils. Sealing compounds made from acrylic, silicone, Thiokol, butyl and polyurethane are not resistant to the bitumen adhesive. Plastic-coated sheets, sheets coated with acrylic resin, PVC or polyester and plastic rolls should be tested in advance for compatibility with the solvents in the bitumen adhesive.

Cleaning:

Fresh adhesive can be removed from hands, masonry (preliminary test) etc. with Industry Cleaner. Can only be removed mechanically when cured.
