- Also for new vehicles with left-hand thread screwing device
- Connect compressed air spindle to the compressed air line using the adapter supplied
- Select a compression adapter suitable for the brake calliper and connect to the magnetic mounting on the spindle
- Press the bleed switch and pull back the spindle by hand as far as it will go. Position the tool on the brake calliper
- Permanent pressure can now be transferred to the brake piston using the pressure switch. The direction of rotation is determined by the angle section on the spindle. It is necessary to check beforehand, possibly by a slight rotational movement, whether the brake calliper has a right or left-hand thread. Excessive rotating forces in the wrong direction can damage the brake calliper
- Now turn back the brake piston into the calliper as far as it will go. The required pressure is transferred to the compressed air spindle, and reliably prevents slippage
- Press the bleed switch again, pull back the spindle by hand and take out of the brake piston
