Better strength development
Advantage:
Fresh concrete can lose up to 50% of its strength as a result of excessively-fast evaporation of water. VDS prevents this rapid loss of water. The blocking factor is far higher than
is required for compliance with the standards.
Reduced dust formation
Reduced effort
Advantage:
Quick and easy application with simple spraying devices.
Easy to use
Advantage:
Can be applied immediately after screeding.
Tested in accordance with standard
Do not use VDS 25 if plaster or paints are subsequently to be applied (unless the surface is carefully cleaned mechanically or by sandblasting beforehand). If a large quantity of the product is used on a horizontal surface, the treated surface can be slippery when wet, even for rubber tyres.

VDS 25 must be applied to the concrete surface after "bleeding" stops. On industrial floors, it can only be applied once the initial setting of the concrete has started. It is applied to formed concrete immediately after stripping the formwork. VDS 25 must be stirred carefully before use. Spray in a thin, even layer using a spraying device with a pressure of 1 bar.
The layer is weather resistant after 2–3 hours at +20°C.
Consumption: 70–200 g/m2.
