Intumescent fire protection block based on polyurethane. A simple partitioning system made of ready-to-use moulded parts. For structural openings up to 600 x 1000 mm in walls. Different sizes are possible on ceilings, e.g. 600 x 1000 mm.

For fire-safe partitioning of cables, cable bundles, cable carrying systems and electrical installation pipes, as well as flammable and non-flammable pipes in lightweight partition walls, solid walls and solid ceilings. For example:
- Single cables with diameter up to 80 mm
- Cable bundles (consisting of single cables with diameter up to 21 mm) with diameter up to 100 mm
- Electrical installation pipes made of steel (diameter 16 mm) or plastic (diameter up to 63 mm)
- Plastic pipes or hoses with diameter up to 110 mm
The required partition thickness depending on the fire resistance class and the installation performed. If necessary, a circumferential lining must be created until the required thickness is reached.
Close off rectangular openings with the fire protection blocks. Install the blocks taut and in layers, with the vertical joints offset. In the area around the installation site, cut the stones according to the required size.
Seal the areas between cables and any open joints (≤5 mm) with fire-retardant putty down to at least 20 mm on both sides.
Open joints or surfaces (max. 450 x 500 mm) can also be completely filled with combination fire protection foam.
