  • The system can be used at various breaking points to enable complete removal of the injector.

  • All tools are perfectly adapted to the design and support points of these engines.

  • The set includes an M18 feed shaft with pressure bearing for mechanical operation. If the injector is very badly rusted or heavily coked, we recommend using the optional 12-tonne hollow piston MECHADRAULICS, art. 1952004080

  • The tool enables removal in the installed state without damaging the cylinder head. Saves considerable time and money.

Removal options:

  • With complete injector: Injector can be reused without calibration.

  • Via extraction claw plus adapter for injection line thread without partial dismantling from the outside: The system operates from two points on the injector.

  • With broken injector: Injector must be replaced. System includes various tools for creating mounting threads at different fracture levels

  • Mechanical or hydraulic extraction via feed shaft (optional)
