The 4-cable pipe bushing is used to seal various cable and pipe bushings. The sealing areas for the four pipe/cable bushings are tiered with split rubber discs so that they can be used for different cable diameters from 6 mm to 30 mm. The pressure plates of the seal are split, so they can be retrofitted. The pressure plates interlock along the split edge to prevent the split seal from gaping open during installation.

Core holes can be coated with KB epoxy resin to protect the concrete and smooth any cavities/grooves.
Cables/service pipes must be supported.
Installation instructions
1. Clean the casing/core hole and cable/service pipes. Determine the service duct diameter and check against the information on the seal kit.
2nd Count the number of discs to be removed for the appropriate cable/service pipe diameter.
3. Cut off the relevant discs using a sharp blade.
4. Feed the cable through and push the ring seal into the casing or core hole until flush with the wall (if necessary, coat the cable with lubricant).
5. Use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts to max. 5 Nm (M6). If necessary, retighten after two hours.
