Fire protection solution for ventilation ducts in drywalls and solid walls ≥ 100 mm, solid ceilings ≥ 150 mm, wooden ceilings ≥ 120 mm, as well as drywalls (shaft walls) ≥ 95 mm that are boarded on one side or installed in a HENSOMASTIK ® soft fire stop 2 x 50 mm.

The HENSOTHERM® FLI-VE is carefully gripped on the connecting rod of the two damper blades, inserted into the ventilation pipe and aligned without touching the thermal fuse (closure element between the damper blades). When installing in ceilings, make sure that the HENSOTHERM® FLI-VE is inserted into the pipe from below. The closure element and the two damper blades must face upwards, so that when the damper blades are triggered by the melting of the thermal fuse, they can drop down and rest on the tabs of the frame.
