Heavier hybrid SUV models, such as the Volvo CX90, but also small vehicles, such as the Fiat 500e, pose particular challenges when it comes to lifting equipment, as the lifting points on these vehicles are deeply recessed in the vehicle's floor structure. Ordinary rubber blocks do not reach these mounting points due to their insufficient overall heights. This rubber block has been developed to guarantee safe lifting, even for these vehicles.

For lifting electric vehicles from the brands/models Dacia Spring, Ford Mach-E, Kia EV6, Mercedes EQ series, Opel Mocca E, Volvo C40, VW ID. series, but also many other electric and hybrid vehicles. Its solid base and rectangular, upward-tapering shape ensure high stability on the one hand, and optimum contact with the lifting point on the vehicle on the other. The shape also ensures that the rubber block does not damage sensitive components such as the trim, electrical components or chassis parts near the vehicle lifting points. The contact surface features a cross-shaped groove in order to align the block optimally with the lifting points or the lifting joints on the electric vehicle. It also ensures non-slip contact between the rubber block and the vehicle lifting point.

This rubber block with a height of 60 mm has been specially developed for the very small support points of the Tesla Y model. If sufficient contact can be established with the vehicle-specific lifting points, the robust rubber block can also be used to lift other electric and hybrid vehicles. This makes it versatile for use in workshops beyond the Tesla model range. Its pyramid-like shape ensures a secure footing on the flat beam of the lifting platform. The vehicle lifting point is circular and the contact surface is ribbed. Shape and surface structure ensure maximum contact safety. In addition to increased slip resistance, the high fit accuracy ensures that neither the delicate underbody trim nor the vehicle battery can be damaged by the rubber block.
