Spacer washer (compensating disc), tolerance according to DIN 522, bare steel, cold rolled
Spacer washers/compensating discs are used to easily balance out existing tolerances when positioning and securing a shaft, an axle or other machine parts. They can also be used as shim rings to minimise the normal movement play caused by the production tolerances of retaining rings and rivets.
