- Roofing underlayments for roof slopes of ≥ 14 degrees and as an airtight membrane with water vapour permeable insulation
- The airtightness of the longitudinal joints of the membrane is established with the two existing self-adhesive zones (2SK)
- Connections and links can be created with the accessory products
Roofing underlayment:
Use according to DIN EN 13859-1 as a roofing underlayment with an internal airtight layer (SD value, inside ≥ 2 m), possible as a verification-free roof construction according to DIN 4108-3.
Can be used for roof classes 4 to 6 as roofing underlayment and with nail sealing material for roof class 3 according to ZVDH (German Central Association of the Roofing Trade) technical regulations. Thus, the standard roof pitch according to ZVDH may be undercut by a maximum of 8 degrees, with a max. of 3 further increased requirements.
Meets the requirements of the product data sheets as UDB-A and USB-A according to ZVDH technical regulations.
Airtightness membrane:
Use according to DIN EN 13984 as an airtightness membrane with water vapour permeable insulation, e.g. soft wood fibre insulation board. The air tightness is achieved by the monolithic TPU membrane as a functional layer, the 2SK variant and the mentioned accessories, verification can be provided in accordance with DIN 4108-3 using mathematical proof as per Annex D. This can be implemented, for example, using the software "WUFI-Pro" from the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics IBP, the material parameters are contained in the WUFI database.
Use in accordance with the technical regulations and observe the assembly instructions or the packaging insert!
Meets the requirements of the ZVDH (German Central Association of the Roofing Trade) product data sheet for class UDB-A/USB-A.
Datasheets(X)
Underlay membrane and roof protection film according to DIN EN 13859-1, airtight membrane according to DIN EN 13984 with water vapour permeable insulation.
The membrane is laid flat on the construction surface and the connections, such as skylights, chimney and joints, or terminations of the membrane, are established with the named accessories. This ensures that a connection, which is permanently airtight and/or resistant to driving rain, is established in accordance with requirements. The assembly and installation instructions for the individual products must be observed.
