Advantages
- Formation of a seamless and gapless, elastic membrane
- High thermal resistance without softening and frost resistance between -30°C to +90°C
- Long processing time, ideal for manual processing
- Can be accessed normally
- Full adhesion to the surface
- Resistant to hydrolysis, frost and UV rays
Consumption
2.4 - 4.1 kg/m² in one or two layers. The amount is based on the practical application by rolling on a smooth surface with a roller under optimum conditions. Factors such as surface porosity, temperature, humidity, application procedure, processing and fabric lining can increase or decrease the amount used.
Surface preparation:
Careful preparation of the surface is essential for optimum finish and a long service life.
The surface must be dry and free of grease, dirt and dust. All loose parts must be carefully removed. The substrate moisture
should be max. 5%.
The compressive strength of the surface should be at least 25 MPa, the adhesion at least 1.5 MPa. New concrete structures must dry for at least 28 days. Old, loose coatings, dirt, greases, oils, organic substances and dust must be removed with a grinding machine. Smooth any surface irregularities, loose parts and thoroughly remove sanding dust.
Caution: Do not wash surface with water!
Primer
Priming with Würth Primer S for absorbent surfaces (concrete, cement, wood) or Würth Primer NS
for non-absorbent surfaces (bitumen films, metal, ceramic tiles).
Flash off the primer as specified in the data sheets and leave to dry.
Mixture
Stir Würth FLK PRO 310 Component A thoroughly before use. Add Würth FLK PER 310 Component B in the correct mixing ratio of 4 parts A to 1 part B. Both components should be well homogenised with a slow running agitator for 3-5 minutes.
Fully reinforced surface sealing. The mixture of Würth FLK PRO 310 is placed on the prepared surface and distributed evenly with a roller or a brush. Then the fleece is worked into the still liquid plastic Würth FLK PRO 310 with a clean roller without any bubbles. The fleece edges must overlap by at least 5 cm. A second layer of Würth FLK PRO 310 is applied after 12-18 hours.
Processing temperature of 5°C to 35°C. Low temperatures can delay hardening.
High humidity can affect the surface visually.
