HENSOTHERM EM modular pipe collars are used for reliable fire-safe penetration sealing around various types of supply lines such as single pipes, pipe bundles or electrical conduits, as well as for restoring the fire resistance of wall and ceiling structures in which openings have been made for supply pipes
- Fire resistance tested in accordance with EN 1366-3 to EI 120 in walls and EI 180 in ceilings
- Special solutions: OMEGA and U applications, angled pipe penetrations, pipe assemblies
- Versatile - can be used with a variety of pipe diameters
- Rustproof, flexible stainless steel housing, usage classes Y1/Y2/Z1/Z2
- Free from solvents, silicone, halogens and plasticisers
- No use of per- and polyfluorinated alkyl compounds (PFAS-free)
- Can be re-used after dismantling

For short pipe adapters, the plug connectors should, wherever possible, always be routed through the second inner eyelet and bent over completely. HENSOTHERM EM must be fastened using the specified fastening elements at all mounting tabs, i.e. on every module.
Close the ring gap using gypsum filler or cement mortar.
