Pre-glued, blue, fluted dowel pin made of compact and hard wood (beech/birch).

The fluted dowel pins are coated with adhesive and then dried.

Application:

The adhesive is activated with ordinary water (preferably distilled water). The pre-glued fluted dowel pins can be used manually or using power tools. For use with power tools, distilled water is added to the existing "glue container" instead of glue. Clarify details with your power tool manufacturer.

Depending on the material (solid wood, chipboard, MDF etc.), the amount of water is between 1/3 and 1/2 of the drilling depth/hole depth. As the adhesive needs to be activated first, we recommend a pressing time 30 % longer than with conventional applications. However, this may vary depending on the material being used. We recommend that you carry out extensive testing.

Product advantages

  • Clean finish

  • No clogged nozzles

  • No contamination of surfaces
