Shake well before use. Connect the spray gun to the tank via the hose. Open the valve fully. Hold the spray gun or the spray nozzle of the can approx. 10 centimetres away from the surface and apply the primer evenly. The spray width can be adjusted using the adjusting screw on the spray gun or the spray nozzle on the can. For difficult and absorbent substrates, a second application is recommended. Shut off the spray gun after use. Leave the valve open and place the hose around the tank. Only close the valve again once the tank is empty and needs replacing. Allow the primer to dry for a minimum of 3 minutes. When using the primer to bind two surfaces (e.g. bonding two polystyrene panels, etc.) both surfaces must be sprayed. When touching the surfaces, ensure that there is no primer remaining on your fingers before both surfaces are bound together. The open time of the sprayed area must be limited to 1 hour to avoid potential contamination. Adjacent surfaces must be protected against contamination.
Tank disposal:
Completely empty the tank, close the valve and remove the hose. Open the valve and allow vapours to escape fully in a well-ventilated area. Strike the now unpressurised tank at the predetermined breaking point (circular depression on the shoulder of the tank) using a hammer and a pricking awl (use non-spark material). Dispose of the tank in accordance with applicable regulations.
