Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease. For best adhesive results, use a primer. Depending on the surface, apply a thin layer of primer to the clean, dry, and grease-free surface. The primer must be evaporated prior to application of the sealant. Observe the specified drying times.
Most primers contain flammable solvents and are sensitive to moisture. It is therefore recommended to close the container tightly immediately after use. Tip: The material should be treated with a layer of primer or varnish within two hours, otherwise adhesion problems may occur.
